The support you need, results you can trust.

Dr. Jill Gottlieb

As a parent, it can be heartbreaking when your child is facing difficult challenges. It can leave you feeling helpless, alone and scared. You want answers, but more than that, you want to understand your child and know how to support them in a way that truly helps.

My name is Jill Gottlieb, and I’m here to help. I’m a North Carolina licensed clinical psychologist who works with children of all ages (age 4 through college) and their families to help promote academic, social, and emotional success. My specialties include evaluations for learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, giftedness, and early childhood/kindergarten readiness. I’m also a member of the Charlotte Area Independent Schools (CAIS) consortium and Mecklenburg Psychological Association (MPA).

After graduating with my doctorate of psychology (PsyD) from Georgia School of Professional Psychology, I moved to Charlotte. For nearly 30 years, I’ve been completing comprehensive psychological evaluations, starting in a large multi-disciplinary practice before opening my own practice in Huntersville in 2004. Since then, I have completed thousands of evaluations, working closely with families, schools, physicians, and providers of other disciplines, such as speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two adult daughters, traveling, swimming, and reading a good mystery.
